The NorthWest Territories

The Northwest Territories is an area of 1.17 million sq. kilometres, and is home to more than 40 thousand people.

The City of Yellowknife is the Capital City.

The natural landscape is mountains and forests with lots of wild rivers and lakes.

In such a wild and pristine wildernis, it is no wonder that wildlife is abundant. Wolves, including the rare white wolve, huge herds of bison and thousands and thousands of caribou. See the white whales, and during the winter months enjoy the best northern lights display visible in the world.
